Citi Bank Offices – Montevideo
LGD Arquitectos redesigned Citi Bank’s offices in Uruguay with a local and eco-friendly approach, creating themed “neighborhoods” inspired by protected areas and incorporating local artist interventions.
As part of CITI’s global corporate workspace redesign initiative, offices in Uruguay have been pioneers in adopting a hybrid and collaborative approach.
In this project, we face the challenge of creating a local and environmentally sensitive image, in line with the company’s fundamental values.
To achieve this, we created a system of “neighborhoods”, each of which is named after one of Uruguay’s protected areas.
Each corporate color is related to a specific landscape, inspiring the configuration of the collaborative areas, which were accompanied by interventions by a local artist.
From a technical point of view, the offices were designed and obtained LEED interior design certification, in addition to the application of WELL principles and concepts for the well-being of employees.
